Summer Strings offers two weeks of motivational hands-on training in technique and aural skill development, participation in chamber music ensembles, and large orchestra rehearsals in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere. While this workshop is designed to meet the needs of students from various training styles, all students should have at least one year of playing experience. Mornings only, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The Conservatory Summer Institute is a 7-day residential high school intensive for students seeking a rigorous artistic experience. Led by Baldwin Wallace University faculty, students have the opportunity to explore life at BW while growing as an artist through classes, private lessons, ensembles, and coaching sessions.
CSI: String Institute is filled with meaningful musical experiences and opportunities to build relationships with BW Conservatory Faculty and other talented young musicians. Students will tackle challenging, mature string repertoire under the mentorship and guidance of experienced string faculty.
